In order to assess the cooperation of the building with the subsoil, a thorough geotechnical analysis of the building structure should be carried out. Thanks to it, it is possible to effectively implement modern technical solutions, including, among others, designing ground reinforcements, securing the excavation and replacing the soil. These activities most often concern structures erected on very difficult and specific geotechnical conditions. Properly performed soil tests are of enormous importance for the analysis and optimization of geotechnical structures (diaphragm walls, sheet piling, foundations, baretes, piles). Geotechnical analysis can save developers from serious consequences of inappropriate investment placement.
